Debtor:BALAJI LOGISTICS SERVICES
Debt:USD 15,298
Date:25,March.2026
Bad Debt: On September 5, 2025, the platform received a complaint from a domestic member The domestic member reported that in May 2025, it had entrusted Nigerian agent Balaji Logistics Services (hereinafter referred to as "Balaji") to handle a DDP shipment of lithium batteries. During the operation, Balaji engaged in fraudulent low declaration, coercive charging, duplicate invoicing, and other misconduct, causing the total cost to surge from the initial quoted amount of USD 13,510 to USD 43,750. The member requested the platform to intervene. On September 8, 2025, the domestic member formally submitted a compensation claim to the platform, and the platform entered the mediation period Pursuant to the OLO Compensation Agreement, the platform suspended certain membership services for both parties and commenced a 60-day mediation and verification period. The platform requested both parties to submit all evidentiary materials, including email records, payment vouchers, and customs clearance documents. From September 2025 to February 2026, the parties failed to reach an agreement during the mediation period After multiple rounds of coordination by the platform, Balaji failed to provide reasonable explanations regarding its low declaration, undocumented "PR fees," duplicate invoicing, and other issues. During the mediation period, Balaji proposed waiving USD 15,298 in exchange for a settlement, but the domestic member did not accept this proposal. The parties were unable to reach a settlement agreement. On March 13, 2026, the platform's Arbitration Committee issued a final award. Balaji failed to comply within the prescribed period and has been blacklisted. The Arbitration Committee determined that Balaji bears full responsibility for this dispute and ordered Balaji to refund USD 15,298 to the domestic member. Balaji failed to pay the refund by the compliance deadline of March 20, 2026, nor did it submit a valid written objection. Pursuant to the award and platform rules, Balaji Logistics Services has been permanently terminated from OLO membership and blacklisted, with public notice posted across the platform.
