Bad Debt: Between March and April 2026, the platform received multiple complaints from members. The platform received complaints from members ,reporting that this UK member had failed to pay overdue invoices in their business cooperation. The platform initiated the complaint registration process accordingly. On April 9, 2026, the platform issued a formal notice requiring a response by a specified deadline. Pursuant to the OLO Compensation Agreement and Member Management Regulations, the platform sent a formal email on April 9, 2026, explicitly requiring the member to provide per-complaint threaded responses by April 13, 2026, along with relevant progress updates. The member was advised that failure to respond would result in escalation of its risk level. As of April 13, 2026, the member has made no valid response. By the deadline, the platform had not received any per-complaint threaded response from the member regarding any of the complaints. The member has also failed to engage in any effective communication with the platform regarding payment arrangements, resolution plans, or extension requests, demonstrating a state of loss of contact. On April 13, 2026, the platform decided to add this member to the blacklist. Given that multiple members have complained about overdue payments and the member has failed to respond within the prescribed period and remains out of contact, the platform, pursuant to the OLO Member Management Regulations and the member's High-Risk Index, hereby decides to add Ever Bloom Services Ltd to the OLO Blacklist effective immediately.
