Bad Debt History: 26.Jun.2023: TITAN had requested the services of Company A in moving a consignment of perishable goods (Mangoes) by air. Company A provided the air freight quote to TITAN and the same was accepted by TITAN. Jul-Aug.2023: Since these were perishable cargo, as per the airline policy, company A had to pay the freight charges in advance to the airline before handing over the shipment to the airline. Company A sent the invoice for the charges as agreed in the quote to TITAN. The shipment was completed as per the agreed terms between Company A and TITAN. 28.Jul.2023: Company A received last payment from TITAN. And till that time, TITAN still has 176820.83USD unpaid to Company A. 19.Oct.2023: Company A submitted the guarantee application to OLO. 19.Oct.2023: OLO started to collect relevant materials and documents from Company A and TITAN. TITAN informed that the air freight business consigned to Company A is owned by a fraud group. TITAN had reported the case to their local judicial authorities and TITAN is not allowed to make payments related to the business, which request by judicial and insurance institutions. TITAN is unable to complete the payment since payment is restricted. 08.Dec.2023: OLO team requested TITAN to provide the official documents from relevant authorities, that they were restricted from making payments to Company A, latest by 19.Dec.2023. 19.Dec.2023: TITAN failed to provide official document by the deadline,TITAN was suspended from OLO membership. 17.Jan.2024: Based on the relevant materials provided by both parties and the results of coordination with both parties. OLO dispute team decision on the case : TITAN shall provide a payment schedule acceptable to Company A within 27.Feb.2024 or transfer the pending payments to Company A immediately to close the dispute. 27.Feb.2024: TITAN unable to provide the payment proof of pending payments nor provide a payment schedule accepted by Company A. OLO canceled membership of TITAN and blacklist TITAN on OLO network according to OLO membership service agreement.
