Debt:USD14,781
Date:23,April.2026
Bad Debt: In December 2025, Safety Group reported to OLO Risk Team that MFH Logistics, as the destination agent, had failed to resolve a long-standing cargo pick-up issue, resulting in significant demurrage and detention charges (approximately USD 14,781) on shipment SDSMSE25080117. MFH was unable to provide a confirmed pick-up date or payment plan. OLO Risk Team issued an inquiry. Between April 10 and April 21, 2026, OLO Risk Team issued multiple formal inquiries and final deadline warnings, requesting MFH to provide a clear action plan and payment commitment. Although MFH replied occasionally, no substantive progress or specific plan was provided. As of April 23, 2026, MFH has still failed to provide a confirmed cargo pick-up date from the consignee, or any commitment regarding the demurrage charges, or take any substantive action to resolve the dispute. Findings of Violation: Following an investigation, OLO has determined that MFH Logistics has committed serious breaches and non-cooperative acts in case No. S00013973, specifically: - Long-term refusal to fulfill its contractual coordination obligations, resulting in continuously expanding economic losses for the other member (accumulating demurrage charges, risk of carrier claim and cargo auction). - Despite multiple formal interventions and final deadline warnings from OLO, MFH has taken no substantive action to resolve the dispute or control the losses. The above actions constitute a serious violation of Articles VIII.1 and VII.3 of the OLO Member Agreement, undermining the basic transaction credit and order of the platform. As of April 23, 2026, two complaints against MFH have not been properly or timely resolved: 1. Failure to provide a clear action plan – Despite repeated requests over several months, MFH has failed to provide a confirmed cargo pick-up date from the consignee or any payment commitment or assumption of responsibility for the accrued demurrage charges (approximately USD 14,781). 2. Non-cooperation with the dispute resolution process – MFH has failed to provide substantive responses to multiple inquiries from OLO Risk Team, nor has it engaged in good faith cooperation with Safety Group to resolve the dispute. 3. Failure to fulfill destination agent coordination obligations – As the designated destination agent for the consignee, MFH has explicitly stated that it is no longer in contact with the consignee, leaving Safety Group alone to face the carrier's claim risk without any solution. 4. Repeated unfulfilled promises – MFH repeatedly stated that the consignee "expected" or "hopefully" would pick up the cargo, but to date no actual pick-up or payment has occurred. Decision: To protect the fair rights and interests of all OLO members, and in accordance with the OLO Member Agreement, OLO hereby suspends all service privileges of MFH Logistics effective immediately.
