Bad Debt: In December 2025, Swanstrans Logistics (Shenzhen) Limited reported to OLO Risk Team that Overseas Freight Company had failed to settle ocean freight charges (USD 8,761.00) and had refused to pay air freight charges (USD 1,252.11), using an unsubstantiated penalty deduction as an excuse. OLO Risk Team issued formal inquiries. Between December 2025 and May 2026, OLO Risk Team issued multiple formal inquiries, final deadline warnings, and evidentiary requests, requiring Overseas Freight Company to either pay the undisputed air freight amount or provide official proof of penalty payment (official receipts from Egyptian Customs or the airline). Although Overseas occasionally replied, it failed to provide any valid official payment proof or a clear payment plan. As of June 5, 2026 (the final deadline set by the Platform), Overseas Freight Company had still failed to provide any official penalty payment documentation, make any payment toward the air freight, or take any substantive action to resolve the dispute. Additionally, Overseas blocked Swanstrans' email address, making direct communication impossible.
