Bad Debt: In May 2026, other members of OLO reported to the OLO Risk team, ALL BOX CO., LTD. The due service fee ($1,052.70) has not been paid. The OLO risk team immediately sent a formal inquiry to ALL BOX. Between May 2026 and May 2026, OLO Risk Team issued multiple formal inquiries, final deadline warnings, and attempted to contact ALL BOX through various channels. Although OLO confirmed that ALL BOX's original contact person had left the company, OLO continued to seek alternative contacts, including reaching out to ALL BOX's previously provided business partners for assistance. To date, ALL BOX has failed to provide any valid response, payment arrangement, or substantive cooperation. As of May 29, 2026, ALL BOX CO., LTD. has still failed to make any payment toward the outstanding amount or take any substantive action to resolve the dispute. Accordingly, OLO has suspended ALL BOX's membership, placed a red "Under Dispute" label on its profile page, and subsequently added the company to the OLO Blacklist. An email broadcast has been sent to all OLO members notifying them of this action and advising them to exercise caution in any business dealings with ALL BOX CO., LTD.
