Bad Debt: On June 3, 2026, OLO member reported to the OLO RISK TEAM that PT GLOBAL LINTASINDO LOGISTIK had failed to pay overdue service fees totaling USD 12,785.00 for 7 FCL shipments from various Chinese ports to Jakarta, covering ocean freight and EXW local charges, with business dating back to December 2025. The OLO RISK TEAM immediately sent a formal inquiry to PT GLOBAL on June 9, 2026. Between June and August 2026, the OLO RISK TEAM issued over ten formal follow-up emails (including final warnings, 24-hour urgent reminders, and escalation notices) and attempted to contact Mr. Dhanu via WhatsApp. PT GLOBAL only responded with verbal excuses such as "business trip" and "checking with finance," but never replied to any OLO email in writing. During this period, PT GLOBAL made two partial payments: USD 1,905 on July 22 and USD 5,070 at the end of July, leaving a balance of USD 5,810 (Invoice No. ZHLSZ26020287). At the end of August, their finance team again verbally promised payment by "end of August," but once again failed to deliver. All emails from OLO have remained unanswered. As of September 9, 2026, PT GLOBAL LINTASINDO LOGISTIK still has USD 5,810 outstanding, continues to be unresponsive, and has refused to cooperate. Given the prolonged overdue status, multiple broken promises, and complete disregard for formal OLO communications, the OLO RISK TEAM officially added PT GLOBAL to the OLO Permanent Blacklist on September 9, 2026, with public display effective immediately. Industry-wide notifications and case group circulation will be executed after the arbitration period concludes (post-October 16, 2026).
