1.Opening time of appointment system:00:00 on 19th Feb, 2021-24:00 on 7th, Mar 2021 (UTC+8).

2.In attendee list, the company who marked with gold background is OLO paid member,  means OLO founding member,  means OLO FAP member, and they can enjoy trade assurance when cooperatio

3.About time of system: The system displays your local time. To avoid booking other party’s rest time, our system will remind other party’s local time when you send invitation, so please read the reminder carefully~

4.Block the unavailable time in advance to avoid no show. 

Enter ”My Reservation List” page, click Block button behind the unavailable time to block schedule. Click UNBLOCK button to unblock schedule.

5.Send more appointments to improve the success rate of appointments Reaching an appointment requires the agreement of both parties so you can send appointment invitations to multiple agents at the same time period to improve the success rate of appointments.

6.What should do if you forget who you have met at the previous Cloud Meetings? Don't worry, the "previous appointment record" will assist you! The reservation situation of previous meetings is manifest at a glance, and there is no need to worry about repeated reservations.

7.Attention! Attention! Focus on it! 

New functions have been added to the Cloud Meeting system! 9.Please choose a quiet and well-lit environment for negotiation. It is recommended to wear business suit. Your image also represents the image of your enterprise.

10.If you encounter any problems during the video negotiation, click  then OLO staff will enter in the negotiation room as soon as possible to help you solve the problem.
